1. Service Description

BitchPlease.help ("we," "our," or "the Service") is an automated message delivery service that allows users ("you") to:

• Authorize our AI bot to call you via phone
• Record a message or story you wish to deliver to another person
• Pay a fee to have our AI bot deliver that message to a designated recipient
• Receive messages that others have paid to send to you

2. How the Service Works

2.1 Sender Process (Person A)

• You provide your phone number on our website
• You receive an SMS authorization request
• You reply "YES" to authorize our bot to call you
• Our AI bot calls you to collect your message
• Your message is reviewed by our automated ethics filter
• If approved, you receive a payment link ($5 USD)
• Upon payment, your message is queued for delivery

2.2 Recipient Process (Person B)

• You receive an SMS notification that someone paid to send you a message
• You reply "YES" to accept or "NO" to decline
• If you accept, our AI bot calls you to deliver the message
• If you decline, the message is not delivered and may be refunded to the sender

3. User Consent and Authorization

3.1 SMS Consent

By providing your phone number and replying "YES" to our authorization SMS, you expressly consent to:

• Receive SMS messages from BitchPlease.help
• Receive automated phone calls from our AI bot
• Have your phone conversations recorded for quality and legal purposes

3.2 Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by:

• Replying "STOP" to any SMS from us
• Replying "NO" to authorization requests
• Clicking opt-out links in our messages

4. Content Restrictions

You may NOT use our service to send messages that contain:

• Threats of violence or harm
• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Illegal activities or solicitations
• Sexual content or explicit material
• Spam or commercial solicitations
• False or misleading information

5. Fees and Payment

The current fee for message delivery is $5.00 USD per message. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

6. TCPA Compliance

This service complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). By using our service:

• You expressly consent to receive automated calls and SMS messages
• You acknowledge that message and data rates may apply
• You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP
